The electrical properties of nanoparticle materials are influenced by many parameters. They are

8. ac conductivity.

So far there exists no convincing reports on dc conductivity, dielectric and ac conductivity studies of nanoparticles, which can give an idea about the conduction mechanism in these materials in the fine particle regime.
